Suzaan Heyns @ Melrose Arch

This week Suzaan Heyns launched her new store in Melrose Arch in the most exquisite manner. On arrival guests were welcomed by breath taking models whose makeup reflected Bombay Sapphire, we were then handed exclusive cocktails to get the evening started.

Lindiwe Suttle entertained the guests with her performance art pieces, standing between the abstract mannequins in the window while singing; she had every single person quiet as they stood and stared in awe.

The most beautiful ready to wear pieces with an avant garde twist were for sale. The Store interior is reminiscent of Suzaan’s unique design aesthetic; it combines functional art with a theme of extreme surrealism, leaving you with a modern feel and a vintage touch.

Attendees included SA Fashion Week director Lucilla Booyzen, the beautiful Pearl Thusi from The Real Goboza, Flash Republic singer Tamara Dey, stylists Jess Lupton and Felipe Mazibuko, imagination architect Collin O’Mara Davis, the beautiful young faces of Suzaan’s Reimagine Concrete Collection; Abi and Claire Meekel as well as a large number of media royalty and bloggers.
